When a technician clicks a remediation link in the Autotask ticket, they're taken to a confirmation page where they can review the action and execute it. It's not like we're gonna hurt the server... we're just gonna fix it a little.

🖨️ Maintenance Window Enforcement: Actions like "Reboot Device" and "Start Recovery VM" check the IT Glue maintenance window before executing. If outside the window, the technician can either wait or force the action (with acknowledgment). I could set the building on fire... but I'll use the maintenance window instead.
